Congressman Cuellar will not vote for health care bill as it is

Congressman Henry Cuellar (D) has said that he will not vote for the health care bill as it stands at this point. He stated on the Jay St. John radio program that he disagrees with the amount of money, almost one trillion dollars that will cost to implement the new health care bill. On the other hand, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says she has the votes in the house to pass the health care bill. Cuellar, a self proclaimed conservative "blue dog" democrat says he cannot support President Obama on this issue as it stands today. Cuellar is the only "blue dog democrat" in the Texas congressional caucus.
