Person arrested in Laredo's 11th murder

Carlos Alberto Flores has been arrested as a suspect involving the city's 11th homicide of the year. Flores allegedly killed twenty four year old Pablo Lozano last week. Flores had two handguns in his possession while police stopped him for driving the wrong way of a one-way street.
