Swim away! Civic Center pool re-opens

The Laredo Civic Center pool has re-opened after vandels damaged much of the pool a week ago. City officials say the cost of repairs will cost taxpayers over $15,000. Mayor Raul Salinas and Councilwoman Cindy L. Espinoza were on hand for "grand re-opening".
