Laredo students hit the books

Laredo students from UISD and LISD will be heading back to school this Monday. New laws such as no cell phone use in school zones will take effect. Drivers are urged to drive with caution near school zones and watch for students walking to school. This year both school districts will be enforcing a dress code and LISD is starting off with a new superintendent.
