A progressive website’s review of Congress’ work this year, called ProgressivePunch showed that Congressman Henry Cuellar has a 48.72 percent voting record with liberals. The webstie tracked votes on issues such as health care, human rights, the environment and education. Cuellar, a democrat voted more often with Republicans.
The site also reports Cuellar votes much more conservatively than the general voting population of Texas District 28, which the site labels "strong dem". It gave Cuellar one star, the lowest score possible, on a scale of up to five. http://www.progressivepunch.org/
