Broncos player to run for County Judge

Cayetano "Tano" Tijerina, a Broncos baseball player has officially announced his candidacy for Webb County Judge. Tijerina is a also a former baseball player for the Milwaukee Brewers. He is highly involved as a rancher and is currently the Executive Vice-President of Precept Spanish Ministries. Current Webb County Commissioner "Wawi" Tijerina is her aunt. "Tano" faces incumbent Danny Valdez and former County Judge Louis H. Bruni.
