Former Webb county clerk Henry Flores was allegedly lookng at porn in the Laredo Public Library. Police officials removed the computer as evidence, currently there are no charges made against Flores.
Flores was involved with incident involving a minor earlier this year.

Doesn't the PUBLIC library have firewalls in place that would limit access to such sites especially protecting our children ?
