Laredo man's investment fraud trial delayed again

The Fargo, North Dakota trial of a Laredoan Verlin Swartzendruber charged with bilking investors from North Dakota out of millions of dollars has been postponed again.

Swartzendruber, pleaded not guilty in federal court to 11 felony counts, including money laundering and wire fraud. Prosecutors say attorneys are still trying to obtain documents from New York and Kansas to be used in the trial, so it has been delayed.
