Toy grenade found at Webb Justice Center causes scare

This morning hundreds of people were evacuated at several Webb County buildings including City Hall after a bomb threat had been received. Officials later found what came out to be a toy grenade. People waited outside for over three hours worried if this was a real threat. No injuries were reported.
