Juan Jose Melendez is charged with murder in connection with the city’s 15th homicide. He is being charged charged with murder, aggravated assault and engaging in organized criminal activity following a shooting that killed one man and injured another.
Alan Eduardo Salinas and Carlos Garcia Jr. are two other suspects that have been charged with murder.
