An original plan to rebuild the demolished Lamar Bruni Vergara home has been scrapped.
The property owners say they will build a HKG duty-free store where the historic home once stood.
Webb County Heritage Foundation officials are furious about the proposel who orginally did not agree for the home to be demolished.
