While Judge Vasquez retires, two announce bid for seat

Former U.S. Magistrate Judge Adriana Arce-Flores and Attorney Monica Zapata Notzon have announced their bid for the 111th District Court.

The seat currently held by Judge Raul Vasquez will be retiring.
