Belmares: calling eight-liner 's "out of control"

According to city records the city of Laredo is now home to 59 eight-liner businesses and more than 5,000 machines are active in our area.

Councilman Gene Belmares told local media that "this is an issue that has gotten way out of control." Two new eight-liner establishments were up for approval on Monday's city council, only one was approved.

The two items brought up was to re-zone the areas to accomidate the eight-liner businesses.
