Henry Flores pleads guilty

In surprising twist, Former Webb County Clerk Henry Flores pled guilty to charges of soliciting a minor.

The state agreed to drop the second charge of display of harmful material, therefor the state is recommending that he serve eight years in prison.

"I don't have any comment but you have to understand the situation how I'm feeling at the moment.", Flores said after he pled guilty. Flores will be sentenced on November 16.
