76 year old Enrique González has been arrested for killing 29 year old Efraín Reyes of Nuevo Laredo in downtown Laredo. The shooting occured because of a ten dollar dispute between the killer and the vicitm. Gonzalez confessed to the killing of Reyes to Laredo police.
A handful of passerbyers witnessed the killing in public on Jarvis Plaza in downtown Laredo. The 29 year old was killed by a gunshot to the head dying neary a plaza bench.
