Justice of the Peace of Precinct 4, Oscar O. Martinez has announced he will officially run for re-election. Vicki Cantu, a bailbonds owner says she will challange him for the seat.
Martinez says he wants to finish several programs he is working on. Cantu says she wants an open door policy, assist the youth and bring a much needed change for the office. Elections take place in March of 2010.
