New attorneys backing Flores

Former Webb County Clerk Henry Flores has replaced his attorney George Garcia with Zone Nguin and George Altgelt.

Flores is currently being tried in the 49th District Court, Monday he presented his new attorney's upon his sentencing.

The new attorney's are claiming Flores was on Prozac during the time of the alleged pick up of an eleven year old boy.

Flores plead guilty to soliciting a minor with intent to commit aggravated sexual assault earlier this month.
