Thirty-nine year old Luis Rolando Garcia, a Laredo firefighter pleaded guilty in the 406th District Court.
He is being charged with sexually abusing a male relative over the span of three years, from when he was 10 years old.
The victim came forward to police eleven years later. Garcia's sentencing is set for February 19th.

Bad example for the community. He deserves what he gets regardless of what he does for a living. How does trash get into this type of employment anyways?
