EARLY VOTING RESULTS

Several incumbents keep seat. Oscar O. Martinez, Sergio Mora, Oscar Lieno, Diana Perales and Margie Ibarra have all won re-election.

In state elections, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison conceded the Republican nomination to Texas governor Rick Perry. Houston Mayor Bill White won the democratic nomination. Meanwhile, the Webb County elections office reported a possbile error with almost 1,000 votes due to electronic machines used for the disabled.

Run-off's will occur in the following races:
