Laredo's unemployed increases to 9.5

Laredo's unemployment rate is at it's highest in 26 years. The Labor Department reports the nation's jobless rate for June is at 9.5 percent. In May, Laredo's unemployment rate was 7.7 percent, almost a two point increase in a month.
