A convicted California child molester is set to be extradited to Laredo to more of the same charges. David Hwang is being brought from Orange County in California to be arraigned here in Laredo.
Hwang lived in Laredo for many years before fleeing to California in 2005. He was caught recorder himself having sexual acts with minors.
