Congressman Cuellar reacts to Obama's speech

Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo said the President Obama's proposal should “incorporate ideas from both sides of the aisle because our individual health care doesn't discriminate across party lines.”

Cuellar in his press release continued to state that Obama "reminded us how he’s not the first President to take on health care reform, nor are we the first Congress to draft a reform plan." Cuellar said if the congress could find common ground then they could move along together to be the first of it's kind to pass meaningful health care reform.
