Drop your cell phone! Don't forget new law on cellphone ban

Don't forget that the city of Laredo will start to implement their new city ordinance starting this new school year from Monday, August 24th. All drivers caught using a cell phone while driving through school zones will be cited. The new law was introduced by Mayor Raul Salinas back in the spring. City officials have already posted signs near school zones to remind drivers.
