Four juveniles arrested for vandalizing city pool

Four jueniles for vandalizing the Laredo civic center pool have been arrested. Four teens from the ages of the ages of 14, 15 and 16 years old. Laredo police said the teens are part of a local gang. Parks and leisure has said the damaged to the area will cost taxpayers an estimated $7,000 dollars.
