Police looking for alleged scammer

The Laredo Police department is looking for an alleged scammer who say is scamming customers outside local convenience stores. Police say he solicits people telling them they could get cheaper electronics. The wanted man then asks for money up front and promises to return with merchandise, he never does leaving the people empty handed.
