A Webb County jail inmate named Francisco Javier Ruedas, Jr. is on the loose. Sheriff deputy's are looking for the 23 year old man who escaped the jail. Ruedas is said to have left to Mexico. He is a resident of Rio Bravo and is believed to be headed back to his hometown from Nuevo Laredo. This is just one day after a stabbing occured on the Webb County Jail premises.

Webb County inmate on the loose
A Webb County jail inmate named Francisco Javier Ruedas, Jr. is on the loose. Sheriff deputy's are looking for the 23 year old man who escaped the jail. Ruedas is said to have left to Mexico.
