A Webb County jailer has been suspended without pay for a week. The unnamed jailer allegedly left the jail cell door open in a recent escape of a jail inmate.
The jail inmate was captured in Nuevo Laredo a few days later. Sheriff Cuellar refuses to name the jailer suspended.
