Shoppers will be rushing to local retial stores to buy back to school supplies and clothing this weekend. Consumers don't have to pay sales tax on certain items less than $100 from Friday to Sunday. People are already hitting Wal-Mart stores in preperation to shop tax-free at the stroke of midnight.
