Firefighter cadets injured in car accident

Five firefighter cadets were injured after being involved in a head on collision on the way to their training facility.

The cadets were on their way back from their lunch break. According to police, at the intersection of Mines Road and World Trade Center Loop, a gold F-350 failed to yeild the right of way at the stop sign and collided with the cadets on their personal vechicle.

The cadets complained of back pain, neck pain, and other bumps and bruises.
