Up to seven inches of rain were seen in parts of Webb County Tuesday afternoon. Several Laredo streets were flooded with water as cars were left stuck and business were left under water.
No injuries were reported, though several rescues did take place. As of Tuesday night fire crews are searching for three possible drowning victims, all children in the block of San Leonardo.
Rain is not expected again until Friday afternoon.
