Judith Gutierrez will run again for her former seat

Former County Commissioner Judith Gutierrez of Precinct 2 will be running again to reclaim her seat after retiring in 2006 to run for County Judge. Gutierrez will face incumbent Wawi Tijerina in the next year's race.
