12-year-old Karla Rivas returned home Monday morning after veing in Mexico City with Israel Banquet Sotelo.
Rivas returned unharmed and safe, she said she wanted to return to Laredo to be with her family that she missed. Uncofirmed reports say that the 12 year old girl went with Sotelo for the sake of being in love with him. The mother says she is delighted to be reunited with her daughter.
