An 18 year old male body that was discovered in a field adjacent to a home's backyard has been ruled as the 16th homicide of the year for Laredo.
According to police, the victim identified as David Lee Mendez was murdered, he was found dead at the intersection of India and Chacon Thursday evening. No arrests have been made pending an investigation.
