Burglers in south Laredo detained by police

Four teens have arrested for terrorizing homes in Los Presidentes neighborhood. The teens are; Juan Alberto Moreno, 17, Alexis González, 17, and Ignacio González, 20, with a minor of 16 years of age.

Reports say the teens were stealing car stereos, speakers, and other objects of vehicles in the neighborhood.
